Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
Orders arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may occasionally vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any current promotions, including free shipping offers, are applied automatically.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, so contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
